An approved RTO assesses prior learning and delivers the required gap training toward AUR31220 Certificate III in Mobile Plant Technology.
Participants build mine-site competence through supervised practical exposure, supported by workplace evidence, logbooks and RTO assessment.
Ironside employs participants during the pathway, giving the partner visibility of capability and fit before an agreed permanent conversion.
