The best way to get started working with us and benefitting from Ironside’s support is by completing our Candidate Registration Form where we ask for some basic information and your CV if you have one.
This allows us to tailor the support we provide and match your unique skills, needs and personality with the right job opportunities.
How can Ironside Resources assist me in transitioning from the ADF to a civilian career?
Primarily, we are all about helping you with that pointy end piece, actually getting you a great career opportunity after your time in the ADF or when you’re considering a career change, in your post ADF life. However, we also add value to the recruitment process by providing career guidance, resume writing, and access to upskill programs, as well as onboarding support and support in your new days of employment with the company we place you with.
What support services does Ironside Resources offer Veterans?

Does Ironside Resources provide assistance with CV writing and job applications?
The great thing about working with us, is we provide you with side door access to our great range of employers. They’re listening to what we tell them about you, so less of the focus is on the traditional cover letter and CV you provide. However, if you want help with your CV and cover letter, we certainly can do that and if you need further help, we’ll steer you in the right direction.

Is there ongoing support available from Ironside Resources after securing a civilian job?
Yes, our support doesn’t end once you’ve secured a job. We offer ongoing mentoring, career coaching, and networking opportunities to help Veterans thrive in their new roles. Our goal is to ensure your long-term success and satisfaction in your civilian career, and we’re here to support you every step of the way.
Do you only work with veterans of the Australian Defence Force?
While our primary focus is on assisting veterans of the Australian Defence Force, we also work with partners and family members of serving and former ADF members.
Are there any fees associated with your services for candidates?
No, our services for candidates are completely free of charge. We are committed to assisting veterans in their transition to civilian careers and as a certified social enterprise, we do actually spend a lot of time supporting Veterans in the employment search, that we don’t end up linking to job opportunities with our clients. That’s why we do what we do, we genuinely love it.
